Respecting the Learning Environment

At TIPS, we are more than a daycare—we are an early learning community. Our programs are carefully structured to give every child a full, rewarding experience. We kindly ask that families honor our designated pick-up times: 3:00 p.m. or 5:30 p.m.

Early pick-up may interrupt class flow and affect both your child’s sense of accomplishment and the group’s engagement. We prepare educational materials and activities with each child’s full participation in mind. Whenever possible, please plan your child’s day around the scheduled program times.

We’re happy to accommodate special needs when arranged in advance. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a smooth and meaningful learning environment for all.

Easy Enrollment – Book Without a Visit

 

To make your experience smooth and convenient:

• No In-Person Visit Required
  You can secure your child’s seat entirely online.

• Start with Registration
  Please submit the registration form first. This helps us plan staffing and materials. Your submission does not obligate you—cancellation is allowed before payment.

• Payment Confirms Your Seat
  Seats are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Once payment is received, your child’s seat is secured. If we are full on your requested date, we will let you know promptly.

• Optional One-on-One Zoom Call
  If you have questions or need guidance, we’re happy to offer a personal Zoom session.

We recommend registering early, as spots fill quickly during busy seasons.

Program Fees

 

Our fees are simple and transparent:

• 1-Day Spot Participation (9:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.): JPY 12,000

• 1-Day Extended Participation (9:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.): JPY 16,000

• Extended Care: JPY 1,000 per 30 minutes (8:30 – 9:30 a.m., 5:30 – 6:00 p.m.)

• Registration Fee: JPY 8,000

• Minimum Monthly Fee: JPY 8,000 (applicable when attending more than 31 days in a month)

• Lunch Fee: JPY 800 per day

All fees are subject to 10% consumption tax.

Please note: We do not offer make-up days for absences. This is because staffing and educational materials are prepared in advance to maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for all children. We appreciate your understanding.
